Flashing
COMPONENTS / TRIMS / FLASHING
Although technically not a trim, flashings often create a more finished appearance. They are however critical to ensuring that water does not penetrate or seep under a roof. It's typically installed around roof hips and ridges, chimneys, vent pipes, skylights, and anywhere there are joints or two pieces of roofing that meet, or where a roofing panel intersects with a wall or other structure.
